At ListFast, we strive to offer a seamless directory submission experience. Our refund policy ensures transparency in how Credits are charged, used, and refunded. Below, you will find detailed information about our credit-based system, refund terms, and the processes we follow to ensure fairness and reliability.
ListFast operates on a Credit-based system. Users purchase Credits to initiate Submission Tasks. Credits are deducted at the start of a task and refunded if any Failed Submissions occur.
Credits can be purchased individually or in bundles. Purchased credits do not expire, offering flexibility to use them as needed for multiple tasks.
A specific number of Credits is required for each Submission Task. Credits are held at the start of the task and deducted as submissions are processed. Any unused credits from Failed Submissions are refunded immediately.
Example: If you select 10 directories for submission, 10 Credits are held until the task is complete.
Upon task completion, we provide a detailed report of Successful Submissions and Failed Submissions:
Our system ensures that refunds for Failed Submissions are processed immediately, offering a hassle-free experience.
Credits used for Successful Submissions are non-refundable. Refunds are automatically provided for Failed Submissions to ensure fairness.
Each task summary provides full transparency, listing both Successful Submissions and Failed Submissions.
