How Credits Work
1. Purchasing Credits
Credits can be purchased in bundles directly on the ListFast platform. Once purchased, credits do not expire, allowing you to use them at your convenience.
2. Using Credits
Each Submission to a directory deducts one credit. The total number of credits required for a Submission Task is displayed upfront, ensuring full transparency.
3. Refunds for Failed Submissions
Credits are refunded immediately for Failed Submissions, such as duplicate entries or rejections by directories. You only pay for Successful Submissions.
4. Accountability and Reporting
After a Submission Task is completed, a detailed report outlines the number of Successful and Failed Submissions.
